You want to hear about the Great North Bike Ride? It’s been a 75 mile day for me on not much sleep and definately not enough food. I had a cracking time but now I’m stuck on the sofa unable to move, do you mind waiting till later?

Oh, I’ve got like £57 quid raised so far, which is fab! this weekend I’ve ridden 130 odd miles, surely those of you who haven’t donated think that’s worth £2 in aid of childhood cancer don’t you?
